I have discovered a small area on the left side of my penis that looks like its been bruised and when i pull the skin tight in that area a small pack of veins are very visible...now I am not sure what to do...There is no pain or swelling..Im scared to masturbate or even get an erection......any advice?

By The Way : Not sure if this is related but for awhile ive had some pain while my erection is building...once its stiff its fine...but while its building it has a pinching sensation in it...
