Stayed in a hostel in the St. Pauli area which was pretty good, found a pub which played some jazz. Also would HIGHLY recommend going to a pub which is across from the marriot in town centre. I think it's called the Prinz and Konig. They serve the BEST steak that i've ever had. you get to cook it yourself at the table on a hot rock with seasonings and more.. mmmmm PM me if anyone wants more details

Shame you missed out on seeing a game at the Millerntor, home of FC St Pauli (They were away last weekend thats why I didn't mention it before). That is an experience everyone should have once, and if you like your football as it should be (and used to be) you'll go back often for more.
