Clit Pierced
My wife wants her clit pierced but feels weird about having a stranger at a tattoo/piercing place do it. Any advice trying to find a good place to have it done???
|
Uh, if your location was listed we'd have an idea of where to start. My only advice is to make sure you have it done by someone very experienced. No room for error!
On second thought, the folks at the mall could be pretty good... |
Get over it dude, you'll be reaping the benefits! How can you go wrong when YOUR wife wants to enhance her sexuality? Think about it!! She (your wife) sounds like a wild one....sounds like a good catch to me!!

A dog,
The best advice I can give is to check out the various shops around town for a female piercer, if this is the major issue with your wife. You can also check out Body Modification Ezine for recommendations for peircers in your area. They also have a great FAQ section. Good luck! |
Very sexy! I'd say it's pretty normal for you to worry. Of course you shouldn't be excited at the thought of another man working on her! :D Either way, I'd just suggest that you go along with her. You can always interview the piercer beforehand and ask plenty of questions.
Best of luck |
I wouldn't worry about it. She won't fall in love with the piercer. If your fears are impossible to get by, either don't go with her (never meet him/her) or find a female piercer (assuming you're okay with that). I know of at least three female piercers locally and I'm from a small city.

Also, may I suggest getting the hood done instead of the actual Clit. Either way, a good peircer that's professional won't seem as weird once you get in there. It's NOT a sexual situation, it's a professional / clinical one.

increase her sexuality? more like decreasing it if you get an unlucky piercing and irreversibly damage some or all sensitivity... for what? its really that important to risk that?

The reason that I suggest a hood ornament is because peircing the actual clit CAN actually cause loss of all feeling by severing the nerve. Some peircers simply will not do it. Most of the ones I have been around suggest the vertical hood peirce with a nice bar-ball, as it places one of the balls directly over the clit, and stimulates it when walking, moving, etc. It also has a tendancy to make the clit appear to grow a bit, which can make clit peircing easier later if desired. Do a search on Google, and do your research before you do anything like that and read some of the pros and cons. Body modification is not something that should be undertaken on a whim. Peace and good luck. |
Someone dispell for me the myths surrounding clit piercings --
When the hood or clit is pierced, how much stimulation does the female receive from normal activities (like walking)? Enough to orgasm? Over time does this de-sensitize? |
I can only report what I've read, Antagony.
I've heard that a hood piercing does stimulate the clitoris during normal activities such as walking, but I've not heard that there is any desensitisation. |
Well, my wife's hood has been done for a long time, and it's still an enhancer for our sex lives. She loves the stimulation, and upon asking her just now, says no, it has gone up, not down. Clit piercing, I have never actually met someone who's had it "go bad" and desensitize, but there are certainly reports of that all over the place. Each body is different, and each woman is different. I know one lady who took hers out, because she couldn't take that much stimulation.
