Best Way To Lose Fat Content!
What are examples of food to eat to lose last bit of fat content. I want my body to look lean and hard without any extra skin. Please just list the best foods to eat.

Pretty much stick to a veggie diet, take some multivitamins, and eat the equivalent of a chicken drumstick every day, and you should be ready to go.
Just don't cut all fat out. You do need a certain amount every day. |
