Problems with deposits at ATM
Last weekend I did twice times some cash to my chcking account by using an ATM (both times the same sum).
After the second payment I made a balance inquiry and I saw that only one payment was booked (or both times half of the amount or whatever). I have no receipts of these transaction. What should I do best know? Shoul I wait a few days and hope that the problem will be esolved by an internal bank controll or should I better place an request for an official revision or something like that? Thanks for your help. |
