Working out - III (SCT)
What do you guys think of static contraction or partial repetition training? I've recently hit a wall in my training and was thinking of changing my work out routine somewhat drastically.
Anyone have any experience with this sorta training? It's where you use heavier weights but you don't do the full range of motion, or even have no motion and you just lift the weights and hold it. |
