My weird sickness(bad grammer)(long)

I start work at 3:00am, by the first 3 1/2 Hrs I get sick. As soon as I move to another area at work, around 7 something I feel better. I feel really sick like I'm going to barf when I first start work. I get light headed and dizzy like I'm going to pass out. I feel sick like I am on a boat, it makes me want to sit down or laydown on the floor but I have to keep standing anyways.
I thought maybe its because I have to go #2 but then when try to go I cant.
One time I went #2 and threw up at the same time and after that I still felt sick. I have been burping more then I ever have before.

I think its motion sickness from walking around the whole time and looking at things(I stock shoes at target and other things)(I bought some motion sickness pills)
I think some thing is wrong with my digestion because if I take a laxitive it still takes 2 days before I go #2 I might not be eating enough or healthy. I dont go #2 every day, its more like once a week, when I do go I'm constapated(spelling) and I have to push it out and I heard that can cause himeroids or worse.
I cant go to the doctor because I dont have a lot of money and I dont have insurance.
I am not knocked up so thats out of the question.
ANy suggestions would help.

I suggest putting a little more time and thought into your post.

It really doesn't make sense at all, im not sure what, or how many, questions you're asking.

Space it out a bit, ask one question at a time..and we'll see what happens.

Stop with the OTC stuff. You could be masking other symptoms. Instead, take themoney you're spending on the OTC medicines and go to a clinic.

If there's a constipation problem, rather than taking laxatives, which can become habit forming, and really aren't all that great for you, drink a lot more water, and increase your fiber intake, thru your diet.

Dehyrdration can also cause vomiting, and lightheadedness.

Um, you say you start work at 3am. Doing nightshift and messing with your body clock can seriously effect your health. I know this from experience. Often times your digestive system is confused about when you should be sleeping etc, and therefore how much acid it should produce. When i first started doing nightshift the very first thing i noticed about my trainer was how much he burped. I hope you get better.

With your reply, for her situation, that was a load of help there buddy. Anyways, i think that you shouldnt jeopardize your health, over money. If you went to see a doctor, and then get the bill, just pay for it a little at a time. Get it checked out for yourself.... Oh yeah, as for your vertigo, you could have high blood pressure.

I don't have high blood pressure. My stats on my blood pressure, are normaly low, but recently its been low, but not as low as it use to be. It has been getting higher. I just need to sleep more, but when I come home from work, I have a lot of energy even though I should be sleepy. Its hard to sleep in the day time. It takes me like 2 hours to fall asleep. I have not been sick at work for 3 days so I think I am getting use to work. I had a really bad head ache. When I get some money saved up, I am going to go to the doctor but I'm afraid of the price.

If you are having constant bowel movement problems (and/or strange abdominal pain), its possible that you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrom). It is actually very common, something like 1/5 of the population has it in one form or another, though most cases aren't extreme so people don't go to the doctor for it. Try changing your diet, try staying away from dairy products (especially cheese), chocolate, red meat, and caffene and see if it helps. Also might want to think about upping your fiber intake, maybe using a fiber suppliment (Citrucel is a good one). In any case, see a doctor when you can, there are lots of things they can do to help you. Not sleeping well can irritate the hell out of your bowels if you have a problem, so look into things to help you sleep (Sleep Tips )

ALso, stop taking laxatives, they are terrible for you and regular use can really mess you up.

Anyone think this might be a problem at the workplace? If qtpye ingested/absorbed some sort of toxic/noxious substance at work it would have definetly caused that sort of reaction.

Sleeping when the rest of the world is awake is yough but you have to get used to it.

Get yourself an eyemask, it's cheaper than room darkening shades. Ear plugs aren't a bad idea either if your area has lots of daytime traffic. Avoid caffeine, and large meals before going to bed. Lavender scents also help wtih sleep (I have a pillow spray that I use)

Thank you all for the help.
I have gotten the eye mask, I have used ear plugs before I really like them but I'm afraid I might not hear my alarm. I'm going to go to the doctor on the 23 for my digestion and for a lump I found in my boob hope its nothing.(so I will let you know)
IBs, huh, sounds like that is what I have, because I saw a thing on tv about it.

drink more water, eat more fiber and protein, less dairy. Try to eat smaller meals more frequently as opposed to 2 or 3 big meals a day / night
