Anyone heard if Trim Spa is any good?

My roommate was morbidly obese, and since January she has lost over 100 pounds. She started out just eating less (a lot less) and exercising more. When her weight loss started to plateu, she went on trimspa and the weight really fell off.

I don't know how much of her continued weight loss is due to Trimspa, but she gives it full credit. She absolutely swears by the stuff.

The only healthy way to lose weight is to eat a lot of healthy foods, balance out your protein, carbs, fats and exercise. If you lose any more than 1-2 lbs a week, it is not healthy. I heard this trim spa crap works wonders, but I wouldnt trust it.

but as said earlier id use exercise and a better diet first
