New job application
 

It's happened, the camel's back finally broke, and I want out of my job. So I am applying for new ones.

I have a form in front of me right now, and I am chewing my pencil over the thought of what to write for 'Reason for leaving old job'. The reason I am leaving is that I hate the work, the hours, and the stress, but most of all the boss. But how can I put that across in a few short words, and not make myself sound like a man who is unable to cope with a job? Believe me, with the circumstances in my office at the moment, they are practically making me leave.

This is my first ever job, and I don't know how you diplomatically explain what was wrong with your last place of employment.

Any thoughts on this?

If "dissatisfied with job" is reason enough to qualify for unemployment, it's reason enough for the job app

I.e. no learning room.
