How to get more mass in your ass?
What's the best way of getting more meat in your ass. I have a small ass and want to make it a little bigger and firmer. Any suggestions?

well I guess the main muscle, which I think is called the gluteus maximus, would be used when you pull your leg back. So things walking, running and cycling I suppose. I dunno if there's machines in the gym for enlarging your ass... interesting thought :crazy:

all variety of squats, lunges, dead lifts, kick backs.

Heavy squats and deadlifts should do the trick. And if you want, you can have some of my bubble ass, I only need about half of what I have

there's this machine in the gym, the step climber. Yeah..try walking up stairs half an hour and you get the idea. It'll pump your lower body and give you an ass kicking (heh) cardio workout too. Try it. I bet you wont last 5 minutes the first time around.

preferably "ass to the grass" style. My quads don't ache much after doing heavy squats, but my ass usually aches like mad. |

Get on a bike. Cycling, especially when you are climbing, works your glutes like a madman.
All of these excersises in here, including cycling, are essentially making the same motions to work your quads and glutes. Pick the one you enjoy the most. |
Lunges. My gym has an inclined rack (probably called some type of variation of a Smith Machine) and a few sets of lunges on it leave me feeling like I just gave birth.

power squats, biach. then some long, slow stride running. then squat more (make sure ur legs are parallel to the ground)

Like so many others, squats and deadlifts, BUT I think the best is seated leg press. The machine where you lay on an angled bench (like incline) and your feet are higher than your head, and the machine comes towards your body and your press it up. Those will kill your glutes.

my gf said i had a small ass. she was upset because she thought hers was bigger and she didn't like that. wanted it the other way around. "i don't want people to look at us and think i have a bigger ass than you."
maybe i should get back on my bike and hit some squats. |
SQUAT. Squat squat squat. Not only will it put more mass in your ass, it'll all be muscle. And, since squats work three of the largest muscles in the body(Hammies, Glutes, and Quads) it will release more muscle building hormones, esentially building your other muscles more when you lift them.
