The guy at the gym I talk to gave me a free bodyfat test today. It was a tad different compared to how I do it, I'm not very good with my calipers so I'd never really been sure how accurate I was. Turns out I was right on the money about 80% of the time (when I was doing it right). These are the results:

Pretty cool, I'm getting another one next Sunday to see how I'm doing. I'll update my progress here next week if anyone's interested.
