i've been having sort of a headache lately (for about a month now) that doesnt go away, like its not really pain but its just like an unnatrual feeling. Hard to explain really but alot of the time i'm sort of restless or sometimes really droopy where i dont really want to do anything inclduing talk to people which is really odd since i've never had that problem before. I take vitamins daily and i take some valerian pills when im feeling nervous or whatever but it doesnt really help, instead it makes me sort of droopy. sometimes even i do something really stupid like walk somewhere for no reason then i realize what im doing and i'd think 'whyd i do that for'. any clue with why im feeling this way? i have a doctors check up set on june or july but i dont really want to wait that long to get an opinion so i decided to post here. any ideas? thanks

could it be that you're feeling more stressed than usual? did something happen to you recently that has you troubled?

i find that when i'm stressed, i'm more prone to headaches than usual.

It could be something as simple as being stressed to as serious as a brain condition. If the valerian makes you 'droopy' perhaps try not taking it for awhile, see if that helps? If you continue to do things and then have no idea why you did them, it would most definitly be a good idea to see a doctor.
