Food and how it relates to dreaming
okay, so after the bar last night, I went and got some chinese food cause that's what we usually always do
then getting home at about 2 am or so, I went to bed relatively quickly now, the last 2 times I have woken up at around 6 in the morning (which makes sense because of the digestive tract still working and thus keeping the rest of my body awake, etc.), however I also had a VERY interesting dream (somewhat relating to the events of the night, I suppose) now I don't dream too often, but i've had a couple in the past week, and i'd love to learn how to control them/lucid dream...that doesn't really matter though my real question is does anyone know if/why food causes you to dream? I'm going to have to eat before bed more often if this always happens

No, that's a good question though. I don't recall ever having dreamed anything because of something I ate, I don't recall very many dreams to be honest though.
The last one I had, I killed someone with a sword and then had sex with a girl I knew from highschool. Oh my god, that was a good dream.
