Favorite financial Links
Please post your favorite financial links and give a brief overview what the link offers. Let's keep this thread on-topic and to the point so it can be easily browsed and a good starting point for finding accurate 3rd party information.
I'll start. My favorite 'check here 1st' website for all-around investing knowledge. Great stock 'game' and awesome free learning: Investopedia! Is your credit fucked up and you want to fix it? Check this out: CreditBoard a network of peers |
The Motley Fool: http://www.fool.com
Anything you ever needed to know about banking, stocks, bonds, real estate and debt. |

I like BIG-CHARTS. This site is a good central location for charting your favorite stocks and such. It's also got a news feed collector and other useful bits.
Hope this helps. |
www.fabman.com
Offers a free newsletter and is genuinely wanting to help people out of financial debt. Also has other downloadables. |
For some good quick research on an individual stock I use Yahoo! Finance.
My favorite site for learning about trading and investing is RealMoney.com. That one's a pay site, but it's sister site TheStreet.com is free. I read RealMoney all day long as I trade. If you're interested in a relatively contrarian view check out Bill Fleckenstein's site: www. fleckensteincapital.com . He's got the best insights into precious metals that I've seen. Finally, if you're serious about your charting I would go with Worden Brothers TC2000, which requires a subscription and runs off a CD in your computer. |

I listen to www.investtalk.com. They've also got a radio station I listen on my commutes home. The two guys are filled with info and they even point out a couple great stocks on the air. I have more than doubled my money on some of the stocks they talk about and recommend. They also make it easy to pick stocks too if you sign up for a membership.

http://www.investopedia.com/
Great source for sorting through financial jargon. Includes articles, dictionary, trading simulator (need an account, free sign-up) info on professional certifications and a lot of other random handy to know stuff. |
