rash after using cardio machines
Hey gang, I have recently started breaking out in a rash when I use some of the cardio machines at my gym. My forearms, thighs and/or calves will break out with a bunch of small red bumps.
Any idea what I am reacting to? It has happened on different machines. It doesn't happen if I am using weights only when I am sweating a lot. The rash will go away once I shower. Any ideas? |

Just off the top of my head I would say that maybe the detergant or fabric softener your clothes are washed in is doing that to you. Your sweat will bring it out of your clothes and it will get into your pores from that. Though if you don't get it when lifting and you sweat just as much then I don't know what it could be.

I break out when I come into contact with WD40 and related stuff. It could be something they use on the machines for cleaning or lube.....
