Hitting the oblique.
I'm having trouble working my obliques. This is the equipment I have available at the gym I go to:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...tGripless.html The problem I encounter is that it feels like I'm pulling more with my arms then I am with my obliques. I know I'm doing it right, it just doesn't seem to be working my abs as much as my upper torso area. If you know of an efficient way to kill the oblique, I'd like to know as well. |
