Cold Air
Why is it that in -20 and below weathers, and when we breath in, it hurts your throat or nose like fuck? You gotta like use your tongue to block the flow of air into your mouth as you breath...

Especially when its really windy! It's supposed to get up to 4 degrees today, and I've had to run back and forth to my car a lot today already. I have really bad asthma in really hot/cold weather, so when I breathe it in while I'm running, I practically choke it hurts so bad! It sucks...

Was watching The Thing with my sister the other night and outta nowhere she said "What are they doing running outside? If it's that cold and you pant like that the water vapour in your breath turns to ice and you breathe it back in, really messing up your lungs." Anyone know if this is true?
