That's really fucked up
Although, in the last pic, he only seems to be lifting a dumbell of 2*25, now i imagine those are 25 pounds ie 50 pounds all up which is around 22-23 kilos. I lift a similar weight (normally 25 kilos) though and my arm doesn't swell up like that (luckily ) I don't know, i am curious as well, although i'd hate to look like that. his arms and body are all out of any kind of proportion |

<a href="http://www.testosterone.net/articles/211hate.html">Interview</a> with Greg from testosterone.net. It's an interesting read, where he admits that he looks ugly, but enjoys the attention.

Looks like a photoshop to me. With as many photos as he has on his site, I guess its not, but it sure looks like it. Sounds like the 3 years of steriods he was on helped

That's really hard to believe but from what I've been reading he really does look like that. That's pathetic, but I guess he really did want to take it to the extreme. I wouldn't consider it bodybuilding though, bodybuilding is supposed to have some aestethic value, where as that is just sick.

Ah yes, Gregg "The Freak" Valentino. Very interesting character.
Yes, his steroid usage has helped him develop 24" arms, however he claims to have had 21" arms when he was natural. And at the height of his gear usage, 27" arms. You can read an interview with him at www.bodybuilding.com ...it's quite interesting. He is a very unorthadox person. There's a few tidbits in the bodybuilding.com article that weren't included in the t-mag interview, especially some amusing antecdotes about his former nutritional supplements.

That just looks funny. I dont care if he took anything to get like that or not. I personally think body building is rediculous. I dont like the looks of men or woman for that matter that look like one of those sketching dolls, or link sausages. What is this guy going to do when he gets to old to do this. His skin is going to be hanging on his small framed bone rack of a body.
How could anyone be physically attracted to that I mean if I wanted to go to bed with boulders I would run down to the beach and get some. I like the feeling of strong arms around me but damn I dont want to be broken in half or squished just from getting a hug.

Honestly, sort of depressing I read the entire article about him and he looks like a stuck up celebrity, I mean honestly he looked like he had some odd arm sizes before steroids which would be something to probaly brag about however those are way to huge and look totally unnatural/bad. The funny thing is if you look at the pictures he looks like hes struggling on that pretty light curl, now Im not sure how much a freak steroids can make you but looking like that to do what a normal person can do in 3 or 4 years of work is dumb...

Synthol is composed of 85% medium-chain triglyceride oils (a fatty acid), 7.5% lidocaine (painkiller), and 7.5 5 benzyl alcohol. The preparation is injected deep into the muscle where it is encapsulated between the fascicles (bundles of muscle fibers) .
It is a steroid, a legal anabolic steroid but an injected steroid nonetheless. Thanks anyway I suggest maybe you make that dash to google yourself . Links... http://www.testosteronesteroids.com/.../Synthol.shtml Here is another thread for you: http://www.anabolics.com/Synthol.htm oh, and another: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ronharris8.htm whoa, here is a list of steroids currently used and guess what is in that list? Yep.. Synthenol: http://www.anabolics.com/anabolic_steroids.htm ...god I hate having to make stupid posts like this. Makes me not want to post here. ster·oid ( P ) Pronunciation Key (stîroid, str-)
n. Any of numerous naturally occurring or synthetic fat-soluble organic compounds having as a basis 17 carbon atoms arranged in four rings and including the sterols and bile acids, adrenal and sex hormones, certain natural drugs such as digitalis compounds, and the precursors of certain vitamins. http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=steroid So it appears to be a steroid by that definition, which is a little ambiguous or open?. Although there's no point about getting too pedantic about classifications That said, i quickly skimmed the article(posted by Plan9) and was wondering if there is any muscular or strength benefit from doing this? Basically i saw that all it does is having "oil" between muscle fibres etc just to increase volume So, do you get any stronger? How absurd I guess that's why he was only lifting 50 pounds in that first picture |

Synthol is NOT a steroid.
Good search Plan9 but you need to get real definitions, not comments from opinionated & well-meant but misleading sites Plan9 writes " ...god I hate having to make stupid posts like this. Makes me not want to post here..." I understand your pain ...
