Any kickboxers on the TFP?

I took jkd for a while and the main striking part of the program focused on muay thai. I liked how all of the practice was at full strength. You gotta be in shape to be a muay thai person. Unfortunately it became to expensive so i dropped out. At this point i think i would be hard pressed to go one round with a heavy bag.

I do a similar thing filtherton, but with movements from boxing mixed in. Quite a good style, you do muay thai almostaugust?

Yeah i do enjoy it. I find its really cathartic at the end of the day. The fitness element is pretty intense, but i do like to be pushed in a group environment.
I also find it (and the whole learning process with anything) very humbling. Its good for the spirit. I also do a straight boxing class once a week, which i get the same buzz from.
