Love Handles
Sadly, they're growing! :mad:
Any advice on how to trim them down? |
Cardio and diet
-Hope I beat Plan9 to it! Spot training doesn't work, so all you can do is what you would do to get rid of your gut or something of the sort, but they're harder to get rid of. |
Put down the chips and junk food and start eating right. That should be a start :). After that, start cardio like jokeR`afk said. Doesn't matter what kind of cardio, they all will remove that love handle equally. Find what you enjoy doing and go for it.

Eat less. Exercise more.
That's all there is to it. There's no such thing as a "spot" exercise -- you can't do an exercise that "targets" your love handles (or your belly, or what have you). It doesn't matter what it is -- just that you stick to it. Better to walk at a brisk pace for thirty minutes a day for a year, than to jog strenuously for thirty minutes a day, but give up after a month. |
