Do you have a long flight coming up and want a quiet, comfortable seat?
Welcome to SeatGuru.com, the source for airplane seat information.
To find the best airline seats in First Class, Business Class or Coach, select the airline and aircraft you're flying using the menu bar at the top of the page. I don't plug anything but this is informative and is posted for information purposes only. Plus It's just damn interesting. LINK TO SITE

whoa, cool.
The reason some of them might not be accurate is today's airliners have modular seating...they can swap it out and change the layout without too much work being done to meet changing demands.

well, I routinely travel 40 hours to and from africa from the east coast, (about 20 in the air), and aside from sitting in the exit row you can still get a good seat if you know what you're doing. If it isn't a full flight just scout around, also, if you're well dressed you can sometimes sneak into business class and just sit down there... if they catch you, feign insanity. Also, on the 747-400s there's an area in the back of the plane, a little door that says crew rest. In there are a few bunks in a raised area. You can either sneak in if the door is unlocked (rarely) or if you make friends with one of the flight attendents, they might let you in if you make a sad story about how exceedingly tired and sick you are from overwork and travel... if anything fails just stutter and act confused. The bigger problem in travelling is finding a good seat in an airport for a long layover... but thats a different story

As the others thanks. WIll come in handy for Egypt
Here is a tip for any one flying Cathay Pacific - join the Marco POlo club cost about $25. You then check in through first class etc Flying out to via hong kong to bangkok had to go economy then got a free up grade to business class for the 14 hour return flight to Heathrow. As a member of the club you get these benefits when available The other half live better ! I felt like a child in a toystore

Great site... no Air Canada though... I can, however, look up most of their planes.
