Calisthenics Program Needed
hey, i need a calisthenics program to just maintain good health and stay in decent shape. i'm 5'10 155 lbs, so i'm in shape to begin with but need to maintain this during holiday season and for later life. i don't really have access to weights around the house and going to a gym isn't an option. i have barely any time, balancing school, work, and an attention-craving girlfriend is really time consuming. basically things along the lines of pushups, dips, crunches/situps, leg lifts, and that kinda stuff is what i'm looking for. thanks for any help.

Too bad you can't do spin classes at a gym. They are awesome. I've tried a jump rope from time-to-time. It is hard but once you get the hang of it it is really a ball buster. Or go find an old nordic track for sale. I quit smoking 15 years ago using one of those and still jump on it occassionally.
