Some headaches
 

Lately i've been getting some headaches, like the past 3 weeks.
They havent got that much worse, just a little this week.
I only notice them when I get distracted from them (like i'll be working and i'll look away for a second and I start to feel them)
I think it might be related to my inactivity, I used to run 30 mins/day but lately rainstorms (and the usual lazyness) prevented me from doing that.

So, is it anything to worry about, is my skull caving in on my brain?

my standard practice when i get a headache is to drink a shitload of water. if that doesnt help i have a sleep. If these fuckers persist, maybe you should get your eyes tested or something. Maybe its just the weather?

I get headaches in the morning, usually when I first wake up. Sometimes I let them go away, sometimes I take Tylenol...

do u have glasses, same thing happened to me before i found ou needed glasses
