Started The South Beach Diet!
Anyone here do the South Beach Diet? I started it on August.30,2003. My starting weight is 440LBS!
I have now been on it for 7 weeks! I have not gotten weighed since starting my diet. But so far I feel much better already. Being Fat is no good and I understand that now. |
I did it to lose the last 10 or so more pounds for myself. I am off it now but it works nice. Its easy as hell and you never go hungry.
Since you are starting to diet now. I would suggest exercise now :> That will even increase yer weight loss. Have fun and Goodluck! |

I've jsut recently gotten some info on the South Beach Diet and have considered trying it out. I'm interested in hearing how things have worked out for you. I dropped about 60 pounds over the last year and a half and can't seem to get past the 320 mark and stay there. I've made some changes to my diet and work out, but I still eat too much junk food late at nite.

How did you lose 60 Pounds? And maybe you are stuck at 320 because you are eating junk food at night. To lose weight I don't think you should eat anything at night. Just water.
