Does anybody have a legitimate link to the study? I've been looking around, but all I an find are references to it on humor sites.

I believe this was first "published" in the National Enquirer or the Weekly World News. From everything I've read, it was a hoax. Too bad for us. I'd be sure to get my exercise every day if it was real.
