Creatin(sp?)/NO2 usage?..
A friend that works at a GNC was telling me about No2 and it sounded pretty good and safe to use.. does anyone have any information on this or personal experiences? He got a book on it and it seemed like good information and it looked safe.. but I figured it would be nice to get some second opinions.
As far as Creatin, from what I understand, works very well when used right and with the proper combinations of dosage/diet/exercise ect. I know people who have used it with positive effects (and a few with not so great.. but I really dont think they used it right..which I've heard from a few people) but again just wanted some second opinions. I'm not looking to get huge or anything, I just want to get cut and build a little more muscle than I have, but I want to do it in a decent amount of time.. I dont have a car atm so all my exercise is done at home on my bowflex (So nice!). And running does not really work for me.. I was in a pretty bad car accident and broke my left femer in january.. so running is still a little werid for me.. at least if I wanted to do it long enough where it would make a difference. Any input would be welcome.
