Fake cannabis does (amazingly) does what is expected...

(And, no...it's not making patients listen to Pink Floyd and eat cheetos....well...maybe the cheetos ;) )

Does anyone else find this absolutely rediculous? Why is anyone spending money to create synthetic THC?!?!?!

The real thing is easily grown for nothing....It seems really silly to me for any medical organisations to be wasting time on creating a synthetic compound of a substance that grows naturally and freely....all because of antiquated anti-drug laws....

Unbelievable....

i thnk it makes perfect sense. if its a drug that could help patients but they can't get around the laws with the real stuff, synthesizing it could be a good loophole to help people out with. better than allowing people who could be helped by it to suffer. (although i think the laws are stupid and it woudl be better/cheaper to just legalize medicinal MJ)

yes the legalization of marijuana would be a smart idea for our government to do considering the people it could help and the money that could be made

<i>"After treatment with dronabinol, all patients (100 percent) had gained weight.</i>

well that tells me that i do NOT want to ever take this recreationally ; )

on a more serious note, people with alheimzers are pretty much just waiting to die. if a synthetic (maryjane) drug can possibly help them have a happier last few days, i doubt they'll mind much (or notice) being the guinea pigs.

my grandmother & her sister both had alzheimers btw, so i am seriously not making light of this topic past my initially wise crack up there.
