Hmmm . . . as a girl, if I had them I would get them removed. If my current boyfriend had them I would probably ask him about it and depending on whether or not he was self conscious - tease him a little. Not a big deal. Definately make for an interesting conversation peice but I wouldn't show you mine back.

Heh, I too am one of those privileged (or cursed) enough to be blessed with an additional nipple, though I sport only a single addition niplet to your duo. Looks a lot like the left one, but is a little more pronounced.

And they do make for a great conversation piece, if used carefully. Nothing worse than scaring someone off with a badly placed third nipple statement.
