Losing weight

Okay, I don't know if this is the right place to post this. I am not looking for advice so much as.. thoughts on. Since about January I have lost about 25 lbs. Which wouldn't be a bad thing except I don't eat right and have not been trying to lose weight in any way. I don't really look any differn't then I did before either. But maybe that is all just in my eyes. I rarely eat more then twice a day but thats how I have been for awhile. I sometimes only eat once a day which more recent but have been in that habit for atleast 6 months so I doubt that is the cause.

If you haven't changed your eating habits or exercise regimen, I would see a doctor.

It's probably not health related, but I would err on the side of safety.

if i were you i would stop this "only 1 meal a day" routine. a friend of my family became very ill unexpectedly and we later found out it was because he was only eating 1 a day

definatly see a doctor, unexplainable weight loss is often a sign of something not so good going on. and if you look the same way, but lost all that weight, it could be lean weight you lost, which also isn't good.

I am defintly not watching what I eat. Like tonight I ate a pizza then ice cream which is while not every day is also not abnormal. And HAVE had some emitional problems but no more (actully less) then before.
At this point I am concerned but not worried about it. If I less anymore though I will probably go to a doctor. I am just curious about this. One thing I will add is I am only 19 so it could still just be part of the ever changing metablism / life style... But I dunno.

I'm only 20, but I had the same thing happen to me when I turned 19. I lost 50 pounds over a period of about 5 months. I really have no explanation as to why. Since then I've gained probably about 5 pounds back. I've stayed in good health the entire time, though. I don't guess I would worry about unless you begin to feel ill.

hey, since your only 19, it might just be a metabolism change or something like that. My freshman year of college, I dropped 40 pounds over about 4 or 5 months just because of all of the walking I did around campus and not having much food in the room to pig out on. Of course, I managed to drink it all back on over the next 2 and a half years. Yay college!
