Sometimes I don't poop for 3 days and than 3 times a day. I don't see a pattern in my poop cycle. I usually piss alot becouse I drink alot

once or twice a day on #2....smoking usually makes me poop so if i smoke more ill usually poop more.
as for #1....5-6 times is average |

I shat about once or twice a day. Urinate about 4 times a day. It all depends on what i ate/drank.

the frequency of my urination has changed heaps lately. I only find myself going out 5-7 times per day, which is pretty much normal.

I get up, pee, go downstairs, eat breakfast, walk upstairs, shit, then shower. |
Poop twice to thrice daily.

Once a day usually within the first half hour of being awake. I suppose the next thread will ask the age old question....
