Nutrition
Over the last few months I have gathered enough information to understand that I need to be more aware of what I eat.
So far I have lost 15 pounds by simply eating better. Supplemented with a little more exercise. Now I am ready to make the next step. But I not sure what the best type of eating plan I should follow. I have added Whey Protein Powder to my diet. Since I have been using it I feel alot better. My muscles don't ache as much and I seem to have a little more brain power. I don't eat a set amount of meals. I eat when I am hungry and I don't over eat. At least most times I don't. When I do eat I have been sticking with meat and tons of vegtables. In the morning I will have a organic Flax cereal or oatmeal. As you can see I am doing alot of different things in my attempt to eat properly. My main question. Is their a good online resource that explains the various concepts for eating? I need to understand so that I am giving myself all the proper food groups. I intend to see a nutritionist, but right now I just can't afford one. Besides I like to understand myself. Thanks for the responses. |

One session with a nutritionist will help you understand what you are doing.
When I have a quick question, I head over to WannaBeBig's Forums. They seem to know their stuff. The only problem is that you are going to have about fifteen different answers because there are so many methods of thinking.

WannaBeBig looks like a good resouse. Thanks.
No kidding about the many methods of thinking. I suppose what I am looking for is my way of thinking and what is best for my body. That is another thing that I am doing. Listening when my body tells me something. Thanks Again. |
