What would be a good workout regiment to...?

What would be a good workout regiment to get some upper body development? I don't much care for abs, I just want to get some nice pectoral definition and add some mass/definition to the ole' guns.

How many days a week do you have to work out? WHat kind of setup do you have access to?

various pull ups (lifintg yourself) and push up techniques are very good for upper body development. They also use your own weight, so you don't have to buy anything. Which is always good

You can't get true 'definition' of arms/pecs/abs/you name it without doing a healthy diet. I've been working on it for a couple months now, and the arms/legs fat is pretty much gone, as is the pecs, and I don't weight train more than once a week.
