How to overcome long term problems
Im sure this happens to everyone, so its probably a good place to ask for advice on how people deal with this.
You ever been doing an activity where your mind can float along and at the end of it you feel depressed about something but not sure what it is? Then you think about it a bit more and realize its one of those problems you just cant solve and now understand why your down. Whats a good way to approach this problem? When i consciously think about it, i can rationalize why everything will be fine and overcome it at that point in time. Yet it still keeps popping up subconsciously and i just can't control my brain well enough to keep it locked out. Ps. Ive always wanted to try and control what im going to dream about that night. Anyone ever managed to knowingly planned their dream? |

I don't think you've identified what you want us to help you fix. You get depressed and and understand that?

You've been pretty vague here, but it sounds like there's something little that has been bothering you for some time, and it's just gnawing away at you little by little. Most of the time you don't even realize it's bothering you, but occasionally it comes up in unexpected ways. Are you talking about repressed memories? Or maybe some experience that was more disturbing than expected?
In either case, it sounds like something that could be worked out with a mental health professional. Drawing whatever it is out of the subconcious might allow you to get through it. I don't think that will be necessary.
