pinkie problem?
does anyone else wear sky high heels a lot and now notice that their pinky toes are beginning to curl under the others? it's really only on my left foot because it's slightly bigger and wider than my right. I really hope this doesn't turn into a serious problem, because I love my heels :thumbsup:

try seeing a podiatrist. you may have other foot issues instead of a shoe selection issue, but this may also be a contributor to your problem.
only a specialist can give you the kind of advise you need after careful examination. |
Target sells a knock-off brand of Yoga Toes for about $10. I have flat feet, so even wide shoes pinch my toes and I have the same problem you do without the heels. I put them on in the shower and sometimes again at night (don't sleep with them on, you can lose circulation in your toes.) I noticed a difference after only 20 minutes of wearing them.
