I'm very sad tonight...
Hi guys. I'm back.
This is going to be long. Please bear with me. I made it this year to one of the top universities in my country. There's this really nice girl whom I have a crush on. Initially things were going well between us. Until I topped myself up with grass, vodka and wine. I yelled at her after that. The following morning, I went to her room (which she shares with a senior). I explained to the senior that I was really sorry for whatever I had done and asked her for her advice. To which she told me to keep away from the girl for sometime (this is what pissed her off even more...) We had a argument later on, and I apologized on both counts. But she now ignores me completely, and this is making me go crazy. Any ideas? P.S. She's probably accepted someone else's offer tonight. |
Forget about her.
Seriously. |
You screwed up. Learn to recognise the signs in your own behaviour that led to it this time, and try not to do those things again.
In the words of the Beatles "this bird has flown". |
Live and learn, and as much as it may seem otherwise at the moment, she wasn't your one chance at "true love," there will be others.
|
From a purely statistical standpoint, she probably has herpes anyway.

A senior, in what? ...like college or a nursing home? How old are you people??
And in truth, nothing that happens in college really matters because it isn't "Real Life". Get over this and move on...chalk it up to being "A Learning Experience." |
Plastic bag her.
|
Huh. I never knew college wasn't real life. Learn something new every day.
Anyway, back to the OP. Think about this.. if she couldn't open up and at least try to see your side of the story, is that someone you really want to be with? |
Tuesday's gone with the wind, my friend.
You messed up, the only thing you can do is learn from your mistake and try not to make it again. Better luck next time mate. Listen to Daniel. He's advice is dead on. |

I also heard 'wicked pisser,' pronounced 'pissuh' the other day. Imma start using that too. |
Move on. If she's that intolerant, something else will just piss her off again and you'll be back where you are now...alone. Move on.

BTW: The girl can best be described as "preppy". |

To the OP - move on. Find the next one. Insert Tab A into Slot B. Rinse and repeat. |
Scale back how much you drink and smoke if you end up yelling at people you like, then go ahead and try with one of the other 3+ billion women in the world.

I'm with the live, learn and move on crowd.
It might not be as obvious to you, but she's moved on because if this is how you behave in the early stages of a relationship, a woman won't even want to think about how you might treat her once you're within the comfort zone of an actual relationship. |
