I had a thread a while back about master cleanse.... still haven't tried it, but someone posted their experience from it.

It's cheaper and much more pleasant and all-around healthy to change to a healthy diet containing sufficient fiber. This will do what the colon cleanse products do, only naturally and less severely.

Here's a good article that explains it:

Colon Cleanse Products: Good Plan or a Scam?

PS I was trying to get people to keep taking this stuff, as a part-time when I was unemployed.

I just had a colonoscopy recently.

14-dose sized Miralax
64 oz. Gatorade
4 Dulcolax laxative tablets
  • Mix Miralax and Gatorade in pitcher and keep in fridge
  • About 5 hours before bedtime, take Dulcolax
  • 2 hours later, drink 8 oz of mixture. Drink 8 oz every 15 minutes until half of the pitcher is gone
  • You can drink clear fluids from now until morning
  • When you wake up, start drinking 8 oz of mixture every 15 minutes until pitcher's empty
  • After about 3 hours, you'll be pooing Gatorade colored poop
  • You are now officially cleansed

Note: Stay home when doing this. You'll need your bathroom every 10-20 minutes. :o

Agree with Jewel.

Whenever i eat green vegetables, my digestive system gets royally flushed!!

Also, drinking a lot of water also helps.
