has anyone tried ever clense
Its suppose to clean out your colon / digestive system....
i have heard some decent results from it just wondering if anyone has any personal experience with it... thanks the more research i do i am getting mixed results so i am wondering more now if anyone can recommend anything that they have tried |
I had a thread a while back about master cleanse.... still haven't tried it, but someone posted their experience from it.

It's cheaper and much more pleasant and all-around healthy to change to a healthy diet containing sufficient fiber. This will do what the colon cleanse products do, only naturally and less severely.

I just had a colonoscopy recently.
14-dose sized Miralax 64 oz. Gatorade 4 Dulcolax laxative tablets
Note: Stay home when doing this. You'll need your bathroom every 10-20 minutes. :o |

Whenever i eat green vegetables, my digestive system gets royally flushed!! Also, drinking a lot of water also helps. |
