What is your favorite place in your house/apartment?
 

As I sit at the kitchen table, browsing the internet, snacks and drinks nearby, I realized that is my favorite spot in the house. It is close to the food and drinks, I can see the living room from here, and I can see out the windows on 3 sides of the house. I don't feel closed in, it is open and airy. It feels like the central part of my house, the hub.

So I thought I'd ask you all what your favorite room/spot is in your house/apartment and why? (I hope this was not asked before, I searched and didn't see anything).

I thought it was my bedroom after buying my bed but as soon as I owned it I never got to sleep on it.

So I will settle for my kitchen. My computer is in my living room right next to my kitchen because I love eating so much.

Sometimes it's the living room. Others, it's the office. Or my bedroom.
I spend most of my time in the office but it's not the most straightened up room in the house lol.

Oh but I do hate the nursery. It's the room where I keep an extra bed, the litter boxes and the cat stuff. It stinks in there.

I don't like any of the rooms in our current house. My favorite room ever was the living room in a college apartment I had. Floor to ceiling windows with 12 foot ceilings. The snow was impressive out those windows in the winter. Fortunately for us, utilities were included in rent.

My living room. It's the only one that's actually furnished. My bedroom has a bed and a clock, my two other bedrooms are full of cardboard boxes.

The kitchen is probably my second favorite.

The bedroom is the only place that is mine and mine alone, but I do like the bathroom also as it's a place of solitude and privacy when I am in there. And it's the best place in the world if you've gotta go potty.

My studio is all one big room, so that makes it difficult sometimes to make different "spaces" when I need a change of scene. Of the places I can sit, right now my answer would be wherever the window fan is blowing!

I love my entire apartment, but my "spot" is here at my desk, with my bookcase behind me, by the windows.

My balcony... it's spacious, got nice wooden decking, overlooks trees, and is completely private!

there are a lot of spots I love in our new place, but the big bathtub is my very own favorite.

Like noodle, I have a studio apt. I guess I'll put down the answer of "where am I the most", which is the computer desk. My two LCDs and two computers are there. I have rearranged the "living room" so that the recliner and couch face my desk.

I like the garage. It's a brightly-lit workspace with a huge door. Real quiet unless I'm cranking something on the CD player. Place is full of testosterone.

Spend a lot of time alone out there... cleaning guns or working on my bike or whatever else can be done with hand tools and beer while not wearing a shirt.

Well I too have a studio, but my favorite spot is my bed. I'm at my computer desk so much that when I finally make it to my bed it's almost like a treat =)

I don't know yet. I just moved in a month or so ago. I haven't actually haven't spent much time here just hanging out. I really like the whole place. It suits me pretty well. A lot larger then I'm used to.


I'm gonna have to say my living room is the best spot right now. It's the only room that all put together.

The half of my room with the guitars and gear. I'll sit there and jam for hours...

LOL. I don't have a studio. That's monkie... are we interchangeable now?
