REMEMBERING MY PILLS!
Alright, so I've tried and tried and tried to remember to take my pills. I've about given up; in fact, I have. Right now, I'm supposed to be taking three different prescriptions [for acne, headaches, and low blood pressure] and a couple vitamins [because I'm vegetarian]. But yeah, I always forget WHEN I'm supposed to take them, because one you can't take with lunch, and the other you can...etc...you see my point.
I'm going to try to start taking some Acutane [or however the hell you spell it] in the fall, but I'm afraid I'll just be wasting my money because I won't take them. Does anyone have some GOOD advice as to how to remember their pills? Thanks! |

my birthcontrol requires not only once a day, but teh same time each day. my solution: set hte watch. it's on my wrist all day, even if I'm not wearing it, I can hear it anywhere in the apartment... it works well. also, like Annie suggested, try to find a time you can take all of your meds at once. that'll help immensely. or be uber-cool and wear TWO watches

I leave mine in the center of my dining room table.
This makes sure that I'm looking at them all the time. If you have to take them in the middle of the day get a pill case. Mine have to be taken with food so that helps for remembering. Habit can be your friend. If you have a snack at a certain time each day then take you pills at the same time. |
