It may not be soon but I think I'll go eventually lol. |
I'd love to go to Brazil. The women...oh god. I may be married, but I'll still say that.
I'd also love to go to the land of aussies, new zealand and probably japan. I'd totally eat that live octopus on a stick that they always show on japanese food documentaries. |

There's nothing pretty about having food poisoning on a 13-hour transcontinental flight. |
i dont know ya'll love to go to NZ. its just a land of sheep, sheep and more sheep... did i forgt the sheep shaggers?
most NZers go to oz instead of the other way around. we may go for a weekend. they come for a lifetime :D theemaan, if your into the drive, make sure you do the Great Ocean Road drive. by far the best drive in the country. if you're flying into sydney, take the drive down to victoria, then around the coast and head towards adelaide. the 12 apostles is amazing. look up the drive on google, you should be able to find a tonne of stuff. |
Could I also add JAPAN to my original response?
Thank you. I really like & admire the Asian culture, people (& food) and it looks like a magical place! |
Thanks Dlish-I will surely look into it. It Seems the other area we were thinking about is going to be too wet in Feb. So This might be the trip to take
|
I want to see Canada. Especially Nova Scotia and BC.
I want to see where my grandparents grew up in England and Ireland. I want to visit Goa and New Delhi in India. I want to see Greece and Rome for the history. I want to see Paris for the art. I want to see the future in Japan. I want to live in Toronto. I love it here. |

What movie is that from? I've seen it before (and that was the best part of the movie). And you don't take a taxi from Heathrow to the City Center. You take the Underground. ------------------------------------------------ I've been to London, Paris, Nice & Monaco and they were all great, but Sydney is still still my favorite city. Especially if you go an hour north of the city. You are close enough to the city, but it's amazing how many fewer people there are. Australia wins on my Best Country in the world that I've been to. Western Canada isn't too bad if it is warm. I'm not sure I would be able to handle the winters or the rain though. I haven't been to the South island of New Zealand, and maybe it was that the weather wasn't great when I was there, but I had a better time in Australia. Ibiza is someplace I still want to visit. I was so close (and if I had another week or two of vacation, I would have gone there). I would like to visit Norway or Sweden one day (in the summer). Japan would also be an interesting place to go, but is too expensive to live there. Brazil (Rio) and southern Chile would also be fun to visit durning Carival. The Caribbean and pacific islands would be good. I need to build a large boat and sail around the world for a few years. |
Somewhere that is at room temperature ALL THE TIME.

Places I would like to live:
In America - Telluride, CO San Francisco, CA, or New York City (if the political climates were different) San Diego, CA Overseas - Hong Kong New Zealand Israel (I'm not Jewish, but the history of the Middle East fascinates me) Vienna, Austria Goa, India Tokyo, Japan As far as places I'd like to visit...I think other countries and cultures are fascinating, so I'd like to visit any place was that was safe (in other words, no wars, massive amounts of terrorism, ethnic/tribal conflicts, disease epidemics, etc. going on). |
I still wasn't able to visit Australia but hopefully I'll be doing that next year.
|
...i'm spoiled...where i live in North Carolina it's not too far from the Blue Ridge Mountains, not too far from the Outer Banks, summer beaches, autumn colors, spring flowers, mild winter snowfalls, and close to my family.
...the only difference i long for is less humidity and mosquitos during lateJuly/earlyAugust. A good time for a one month vacation to a cooler/drier climate...any suggestions? :rose: |

I'm not saying there's not some crazy sheep fucking bastard out there, but if there is he's smarter than your Aussie sheep fuckers. Now that's national pride right there. Heehee. To get back on topic, that photo of Western Montana posted by Genuinegirly is beautiful. If I wanted to see "stunning" in NZ I wouldn't go past the marlborough sounds. Would like to visit Italy and BC. |
Western Montana/Wyoming/Colorado (American Rockies) are good as well.
And New Zealand did have a lot more cows than I would have thought. I saw more cows than sheep I'm sure. |
Part of me wants to move back to Colorado to live.
Internationally, I would love to live in Berlin. My first time there, I fell in love with the city. My second time there I didn't want to leave. My third time there I felt like a local. Also Berlin has an added bonus, now that the wall is gone, you get two cities for the price of one. |
Pripyat Ukraine, would love to see chernobyl
|
I would like to live in Vina del mar, Chile from november to april, then travel the great north american countries. via mtorhome. From alaska to guatemala. Fishing, smoking, eating, drinking etc. What a great idea.
