sorry to hear that...I'm facing the same thing with an old coworker, except he's not that old, just about his 30s. I've been visiting him for the past few weeks.

I lost my cousin to melanoma several months ago and it still hurts. I'm sorry.

I am so sorry to hear that.

One of my best friends lost her father to brain cancer a few years ago and her family put together a foundation in his honor. I know everyone has their own way of dealing with news like this, but if you are the type to find comfort in learning all you can about it or in joining a community, maybe you would like to visit their website.

HUGS, that sounds hard, very sorry...........

I know that nothing we say will really make you feel any better, unfortunately in these situations everything seems a bit cliched.

Today is extremely tough.

I got a final and I'm worried about my gf.

Its just a whole lot to deal with right now :(

My close friend's mom is in a similar situation, and it's encroaching on a part of the brain directly related to personality. Her last 6 months have been a countdown with big changes to her character.

I'm truly sorry... I have learned in the last year that life is really fragile and we all have to live each day like it's our last! I also need a hug and will be posting my hard time's in this forum.
