Sleep is best in large doses. Don't depend on catnaps when your life is on the line (driving, finals...whatever's important. You don't want to fall asleep halfway through that big moment)

If you think there might be a health problem for you, your cat, your loved one... it's better to spend the copay and find out things are okay than to put it off and end up with more trouble and cost then you could have imagined.
Never stop reading and learning. Your brain stagnates. Don't believe everything you read on the internet or hear on the news. Always carry an extra set of batteries for your camera.

However much we give our thoughts the will To be our soul and gesture it abroad, Our hearts are incommunicable still. In what we show ourselves we are ignored. The abyss from soul to soul cannot be bridged By any skill of thought or trick of seeming. Unto our very selves we are abridged When we would utter to our thought our being. We are our dreams of ourselves, souls by gleams, And each to each other dreams of others' dreams. Fernando Pessoa, 1918 |
