Last night I went on my first date with this girl I met last weekend. I learned a lot about her personality, interests, and life experiences, and found that we do have a lot in common. She's gorgeous too, but the attraction is definitely more than skin deep.

I'm just not sure what to do from here. I want her to know that I'm attracted to her, but I don't want to seem like I'm desperate and willing to do anything to see her again. We haven't made plans yet for a second date, but I was thinking of calling her soon to do so. I don't want to call too early, or too late, you know?

What should I say when I call her. I don't want to tell her how attracted I am to her because it's really early and it might scare her off. Should I just go for a second date and work from there? Or maybe just tell her I really enjoyed spending time with her and would like to do it again? Or ... I don't know.

It was only the first date, just ask her out on a second.

Here's the deal: girls worry about when guys call and they make the timing of that call mean a lot of stuff too. But mostly they don't mind if you call soon. They're flattered if you call the next day. They only get concerned if you call too late.

I went a little "Stewie" in the middle there, but that's your basic approach, right there. Straightforward but not desperate. Go ahead and call today, or tomorrow would be fine too. Don't wait any longer than that.

Also--if you have some more casual way to be in contact with her like email or SMS, you could hit her that way and just let her know you enjoyed last night. That's nice too.

Me and this girl went to a gallery and looked at art for awhile. Actually we were there for about 20 mins. The place closes early on weekends. Afterwards it was time for some coffee. We just chatted and enjoyed each others company. Things were going well. We were both busy later so we called it a night. She told me she enjoyed herself andencouraged me to call her again. We hugged and she kissed me. It was cold as fuck outside but she made me melt. I was smiling like an idiot on my drive home. :)
