Just started running, using an 8 week intro from runner's world, so far i've logged 14.7 miles in 2 weeks.
total distance: 6994.9 + 23.6 = 7018.5 km next destination: 584.4 + 23.6 = 608.0 km of 748.8 km to Ketchum, Idaho

So, I stopped running, and started again. I've been going 4 weeks @ 7.5 mp/week and the last two weeks at 9 mp/week. 4x7.5+2x9= 48 mi = 77.2 km
Total Distance 7018.5 + 77.2 = 7095.7 km Next Destination 608.0 + 77.2 = 685.2 km of 748.8 km to Ketchum, Idaho
