Chi's Crazy Workout Program (by request)

This is my workout program. I am a dedicated martial artist, and formulated this program out of the combined experience and knowledge I have aquired throughout my life. I'm trying to truly express myself, and feel that I, currently, am not trying to the best of my ability. Thus the program. The numbers and times in parenthasis are the numbers of repetitions within a set. Don't try this at home...

I couple this with proper nutrition (lots of fruit and vegies, some lean meat, and high protien drinks/smoothies), daily medetation, and study on how I can improve on it.

Though I still practice some of the styles I've learned, I do not use them. I am a strong follower in Bruce Lee's belief that "true mastery trancends style." I'm trying to truly express myself, which is indeed very hard to do. If I have learned anything through this it would definately be that you should never, ever, aim low with your goals.

Feel free to ask questions.

Are you on steroids? Cause that seems like it's going to lead to overtraining.

Good luck though. Get plenty of good sleep to help you recover!

Two very wise statements. I couldn't agree more with both of them!

No, I never use steroids. This isn't my frist program; I worked up to this. It is a little exhuasting, of course, but I seem to recover alright.

I think we could all use more sleep

A-Ha! Glad to see you posting this, from what you journaled it piqued my interest.

It's mighty impressive--1K jumping Jack?!? Gawd I loathe them. But I'm a girl, I'm allowed to. :P

What are Zottman Curls?

Zottman curls are where you hold your arms at your sides at a 45 degree angle, and spin your forearms inward then outward while holding weights.
