Anyone tried Ab Scissor Ultra by BODY BY JAKE?

Hey all,
I seriously need to get of my big bulge of a stomach and saw the commercial ad for this: Ab Scissor Ultra by Body by Jake.
http://www.bodybyjake.com/abscissor/
Has anyone tried it. It's pretty expensive, but is it worth it?
Did it really work? were you able to get rid of your stomach fat and hips and thigh fat?
If yes, would be more effective than going to the gym? Would it be cheaper than going to the gym?
Are there better equipment than this for the middle part of body (hips, bums, thigh, stomach, abs)? If yes, can you please tell me what are they?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Ultra retails for around $315. The Original will run you around $250. They both have the same design

Bottom line I'd say - it's a waste of money-- put your shoes on and go walking...

What she said.

If you have a distended stomach like some of those bodybuilding dudes, stop taking human growth hormones! Just kidding. Seriously, for a distended stomach, try doing stomach vacuums.

This gives you a flatter profile and a narrower waist!

To execute the Stomach Vacuum, stand upright and place your hands on your hips, and exhale all the air out of your lungs, completely. Expand your chest, and bring your stomach in as much as possible, and hold. Visualize trying to touch your navel to your backbone. One isometric contraction of "20" seconds is one repetition. You can work your way up to 40 or 60 seconds.

Once mastered, the Stomach Vacuum can be performed in a standing, kneeling, seated, and lying position. If it's fat; diet and exercise will fix the problem, of course.

Its mostly diet. Ab exercises help but not as much as propper eating. Ab crunches and a healthy diet will beat the ab contraptions every time.
