diet / exercise calendar
I once ran accross this website where you could input some info and it would develop / maintain an exercise calendar for you.
Also (it may or may not have been the same site), I ran accross something that would do the calendaring thing for your diet. Anyone know of this? URL maybe? |

I use a program called DietPower that lets you log your food intake and amount of exercise on a daily basis. It doesn't generate a calendar as such, but keeps track of those things as you go along. It lets you set it to weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance, and then calculates how much you should be eating based on metabolism. How many calories you get changes as the program figures out your metabolic rate. It's kinda neat.
