Google anounced earning this afternoon and is up about 8% in after hours trading. Those lucky or smart enough to get in on the IPO and hold - have a over 5x'd their money. Google's stock price goes up and down like a rollercoaster and traders can be down big or up big depending on their timing. I have been trading the stock, buying on big dips and selling when I get a bit nervous. I think the stock has another 2 or 3 good years before it peaks. The biggest lesson I learned in the '90's is to not be too greedy.

Has anyone else been following Google and have any thoughts?

I had my biggest stock profit with Google, but I dumped it before it hit 200.

Look on the bright side. Your experience with Google is like an ex-girlfriend, you will always have good memories as opposed to an ex-wife.

I was once married to Cisco, we had good time on the way up and I was with it aaaaalllllllll the way down. I am now a "playa" - nothing but girlfriends.
