Non-Medicated Headache Remedy?

Okay, I've had a headache pretty much all day today, and I can't take it anymore. Usually, I'll pop 2-3 Aleave, and be done with it. However, I'd dead broke, and can't afford any painkillers. :(

I've just taken a nap for about 2 hours with the hopes that would do it, but it didn't help...

Does ANYONE have any ideas what I can do about this thing?

Thanks in advance!

See you are in St Louis, turn on the cards - they are spanking montreal right now, that should make you feel better.
Or fire up some porn and take care of yourself, supposedly that works.

Drinks lots of caffeine! A cup of coffee or pepsi...That always helps me.

sometimes headaches are caused by dehydration. I've been able to help a headache by drinking a couple glasses of water in a short period of time. becareful with the diuretics. While caffeine is a known headache remedy, it may cause more dehydration and worsen the headache later on...IF it is water related that is.

The pepsi will also raise your blood sugar. So if it's a low blood sugar problem, the caffeine AND sugar will get you fixed up pretty quick

Thanks for all the advice... I ended up doing pretty much what sierra recommended.... lots and lots of coffee and that seemed to help.

Next time, I'll definately try the water thing... seems like a good idea.

Just wanted to add that this only help if you are addicated to caffeine (most of us are) and suffering from withdrawl. If you tried this method and it worked then you might consider cutting back your overall caffeine intake.
