Hi, again, everyone. I haven't posted in a while, but that means that now I can make this group total really jump up!

Since I last posted on May 12th I've added 85.5 km (50.9 miles) to my personal total. I'm at 200.5 km now, which is 119.5 miles.

Don't know how I missed this thread... I'm just starting - actually doing a couch potato to 5k plan right now. So I did 2 miles 3 times last week (won't go back to count the 2 weeks before that).

Today's session was a personal record (a lame one, but they'll be getting more impressive). I celebrate by using italics to report:

I've developed a pull in my left calf muscle, so I'm taking it a bit easy right now. I did push myself to run 9 miles this past week, so:
