Weight Gainer + Creatine ???
I've been working out using Cell-Tech creatine for almost 2 months now. I have noticed a huge difference in my muscle mass, however I only weigh 162 pounds. I'd like to get up to about 180. I need to gain more weight I can play around with and turn into extra muscle. I was wondering if I took a weight gainer before I worked out and then creatine after I worked out if that would help put on a few extra pounds?? Also, would this be a wise thing to do or not?? Any suggestions or advice would be kool, Thanks a lot guys.

With creatine, you're gaining mostly water mass. Basically what happens when somebody loads with creatine, the body retains more water to deal with the excess creatine. As long as you stay on creatine, you'll keep your mass and strength, but, if you cycle off, you'll lose quite a bit of it.
My advice would be to take the weight gainer. Just be wary of the calories in it, those extra pounds you put on might be fat. |

Try Muscle Milk. It helps produce more natural Creatine (meaning, it'll help capture more creatine out of the foods you already normally eat, like beef). Muscle Milk tastes freakin' great, and when taken with milk is about 700 calories per shake, lots of protein and low carbs.

Invest in more food, or meal replacers. (MRPs) arent made to actually take the place of food on a full time basis. Usually whether your in school or work its easy to assuming you can at least eat breakfast lunch and dinner, but your missing the meals in between you should be having. Its not practical for people to bring meals with them for late morning and late afternoon. So with MRPs you just either mix with water or in bar form and get all the nutrients of a full meal. This is what makes them superior over a weight gainer. THat is unless you were doing enhancers; that changes everything. Being that your using creatine it doesnt sound like it.
